For almost forty years, Dedienne Santé has been designing and manufacturing orthopaedic surgery devices.

November 2025 marks an important anniversary: our hip surgery range has been supporting orthopedic surgeons in their procedures for ten years. Our products are designed to integrate with their operating protocols and evolving surgical techniques.

Since its debut, more than 90,000 cups and 50,000 stems have been implanted in France and internationally, demonstrating the regular use of these devices in the operating room.

The design of our hip surgery range is the result of close collaboration between engineers and designing surgeons. Together, they defined the fundamental criteria needed to develop implants and instruments suited to operating room needs:

The hip surgery product line takes shape at our Mauguio (Hérault) manufacturing site, thanks to the combined expertise of our R&D, production, and quality teams.

Every implant and instrument is designed, machined, and checked according to strict protocols, ensuring full traceability and compliance with European regulatory requirements.

The workshops combine advanced technology and human expertise: dimensional and visual controls are carried out at every stage of the process.

This same attention to detail applies to the design of our instruments, developed to offer both ergonomics and consistent use in line with different surgical techniques.

Since its launch, our Dedienne Santé hip surgery range has been progressively adopted by many hospitals and clinics in France and internationally.

Designed to fit seamlessly into daily practices, our product range now supports a large number of surgeons in their operating room activities.
