Following our merger with Transystème SN, all of Dedienne Santé’s administrative departments will be based in Nîmes, France. With this transition, we have seen an increased level of interest in our business from clients in the Nîmes area.

Yvan Lachaud has served as President of Nîmes Métropole (the Nîmes area intercommunal structure) since 2014. He has been active in local government since 1989, when he was associated with the outgoing mayor of Nîmes, Jean Bousquet. Mr Lachaud’s duties at Nîmes Métropole include directing local economic development.

On April 14, 2016, Mr Lachaud and his Cabinet members visited Dedienne’s facility, to learn more about our manufacturing activities in the orthopedics sector. Mr Lachaud is known for his excellent interpersonal skills and intellectual curiosity; he is both a politician and a down-to-earth person. While at our facility, he met with Dedienne Santé employees, who were enthusiastic about this opportunity.
